4MONTAGE professionally installs mezzanine racks - multi-level structures such as platforms, half floors, intermediate floors, mezzanines and offers installation services for automatic warehouse systems of any complexity. We carry out the entire complex from preparing the site for installation to setting up the complex and putting it into operation.
Experienced licensed craftsmen in strict compliance with the project and technical standards carry out the installation of automated power supply systems of any complexity, namely: laying the cable of industrial control networks (Profinet, Ethernet, AS-Interface systems, Profibus, San Bus), electrical installation of technological equipment and its protection, connection of the electric drive and sensors for its control, electromechanical diagnostics and repair service, disconnection of control cabinets, commissioning and debugging work and functional work on preventive maintenance of electrical engineering units.
The company carries out work within the clearly stipulated terms according to the contract, organizes the process of installation works from scratch - from receiving system parts, checking the availability of all parts and finding the necessary ones, checking drawings, providing engineering technical solutions, provides supervisor services, conducts regular necessary technical trainings on the site security, performs commissioning work, installs and runs scanners, etc.
